When I received a high PSA result I was quite scared about what it might mean. I quickly got an appointment to see Mr Patel. I was immediately confident I was in expert and safe hands. The diagnostic and treatment journey has been fast and efficient. Communication has been great. Detailed information has been provided at all stages so I could make informed decisions. The resulting surgery has been much less difficult than I imagined it would be. I am amazed at how quickly I have recovered from the surgery. Just 6 weeks afterwards I have to keep reminding myself what has happened, I feel so “normal” again. I am sure a large part of this is due to the skill and expertise of the entire team looking after me and the state-of-the-art equipment and facilities that they have available to them. The receptionists, secretary, admin team, nurses, anaesthetist, physiotherapist, ward doctors and of course Mr Patel himself – have all been fantastic. My wife and I cannot thank you enough or recommend you more highly.
